DECEMBER RECITAL INFORMATION:
RECITAL #1: Thornbury December Recital
WHEN: Friday December 12th
Doors open: 6:00pm
Show Starts: 6:30pm
WHERE: NEW LOCATION- Pretty River Academy
*We are moving locations. Pretty River has recently purchased a stage that is more suitable for the studio and our dancers. This stage will be big enough to perform all routines on.
DRESS REHEARSAL:
MONDAY DECEMBER 8th @ Pretty River Academy
The dress rehearsal will be held at Pretty River Academy earlier in the week on Monday December 8th. This will be in place of the regular comp classes scheduled on Mondays. Please look for your dancers team time slot in the below schedule.
DRESS REHEARSAL TIMES:
5:00-6:30 Atomics & Juniors
6:00-7:30 Novices & Teens
7:00-9:00pm Intermediates & Seniors

TICKETS:
$20 per ticket (tax included)
There will be a limit on the amount of tickets you can purchase.
All tickets should be purchased in advance. CASH ONLY.
We will not be taking etransfers or credit.
Tickets go on sale Monday November 17th
Please come in to the studio before or after your dancers class to purchase tickets.
We are encouraging that competitive families purchase tickets for this show if you can. There will be more tickets available for this show than there will be for the Wasaga show. The Wasaga show is always packed and has almost double the amount of recreational students. If you can attend Friday that would be greatly appreciated. There is no difference to what routines there will be performing between shows.

SHOW DAY: Friday December 12th
Competitive dancers will need to be there ready to go at 5:30pm. Audience will be let in at 6:00pm and the show starts at 6:30pm. The show will be approx. 2 hours and there will be no intermission. There will be a cash snack bar open the entire show.
We ask that if possible you plan to carpool to this venue. Parking will be a bit tight so the more we can ride share the better.

RECITAL #2: Wasaga December Recital
WHEN: Saturday December 13th
WHERE: Wasaga Beach Recplex
Doors Open: 5:15pm
Show Starts: 6:00pm

Saturday December 13th @ The Wasaga Beach Recplex
The dress rehearsal will be held at the Recplex earlier in the day. It will be a shorter dress rehearsal just so that everyone can adjust to that specific stage. After your dancers rehearsal is done they are free to go get food and get ready for the show.

What do dancers wear for this recital?
Dancers need to be in all black form fitting clothing. Nothing with large logos and we prefer no crop tops. It can be leggings, shorts and black tights, short sleeve or a tank top.
Int/Sen hip hop will discuss a coordinated outfit other than all black.

VOLUNTEERS:
We are in need of volunteers for both recitals. We need more volunteers for Wasaga than we do Thornbury. We can not guarantee you will be able to watch the show if you volunteer. If you do volunteer be sure to plan to attend the other show as an audience member. If you can volunteer please reply letting us know what show you are available for. We appreciate all the help we can get and if you have student looking for volunteer hours we are happy to sign for them.
