HOW TO REGISTER FOR CAMP:
There are different forms depending on the camp. Select which camp you are interested in. Be sure to fill out all the information including which days/week you are wanting to book.
Multiple kids from the same family can go on one registration form. Individual waivers and photo release forms are required for each dancer.
Send us the form! You can email us the forms or drop them off to us at the studio.
If you are emailing us the form there are two options: the first option is to fill out the form using a word program. The second option is to print the form, fill it out and then scan and send it. All forms should be emailed to email@example.com
ALL FORMS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE STUDIO. If you can’t send them to us online please come see at the studio and we will have all the forms available there for you.
3. Once we receive all the forms, your spot will be confirmed to you by email. Some of our camps require a deposit to hold you spot. If so, we will send you an invoice by email.
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT SEND MONEY UNTIL YOU KNOW THERE ARE SPOTS AVAILABLE. Our camps do get full! Sometimes we are unable to take more campers if we are full or we have too many younger kids. Be sure to wait for us to confirm before sending in a deposit or payment.
